Neovant Defense LLC executes all Repair and Overhaul (R&O) activities using a controlled, Technical Manual–driven process designed to ensure technical compliance, repeatability, and operational reliability.

1. Component Receipt & Incoming Inspection

• Component identification (P/N, S/N, OEM)
• Configuration verification
• Initial condition assessment and documentation

2. Technical Evaluation

• Detailed inspection IAW applicable Technical Manuals
• Determination of repair or overhaul scope
• Findings documented and controlled

3. Disassembly & Maintenance Action

• Disassembly IAW approved procedures
• Repair or Overhaul performed using approved methods
• Use of qualified materials and processes

4. Reassembly & Functional Testing

• Reassembly IAW applicable Technical Manuals
• Functional and operational testing as required
• Verification of serviceability and performance

5. Quality Inspection & Release

• Independent quality inspection
• Verification of compliance with technical requirements
• Quality release and return-to-service documentation
